Storm Developments enrollment uses ordinary HTTPS at https://stormdevelopments.ca/api/enroll/; the enrolled agent then connects to wss://pulse.stormdevelopments.ca/ws/pulse/, where Caddy requires and verifies its client certificate. The website hostname is not the agent transport endpoint.
